This MyOrder Portal allows authorized training partners to request access and place bookings for interactive simulated hands-on lab experiences developed by Technofocus Pte Ltd., Singapore ("Technofocus"). These labs are designed for use in workshops delivered by training partners worldwide.

3. No Affiliation with Microsoft

This MyOrder Portal and the engagements facilitated through it are solely between Technofocus and its partners. Microsoft Corporation or any of its subsidiaries are not involved in, nor do they endorse, oversee, or have any responsibility for the transactions, services, or engagements conducted through this MyOrder Portal. Any references to Microsoft technologies or services are strictly for informational purposes and do not imply any official partnership or affiliation.

4. Booking Requests and Access

  • Access to the MyOrder Portal is granted at the discretion of Technofocus and may be revoked at any time.
  • Lab bookings must be requested by authorized training partners and are subject to availability.
  • Technofocus reserves the right to approve, modify, or reject booking requests.

5. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment

  • Some lab experiences may require a fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Invoice amounts will be based on the actual number of lab units consumed.
  • Partners must complete the payment within 10 days from the date the invoice is issued.
  • All transactions are conducted between Technofocus and the Partner. Microsoft has no role in payment processing, invoicing, or service fulfillment.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

  • By using this MyOrder Portal, you agree to Technofocus’s Privacy Policy, available at technofocus.ai/privacy
  • Any personal data collected through this MyOrder Portal will be used solely for processing bookings, providing support, and maintaining service records in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

7. Intellectual Property

  • The interactive simulated lab environments, associated materials, and this MyOrder Portal are proprietary to Technofocus.
  • Users are granted access solely for the purpose of workshop execution and may not redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit the labs without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The MyOrder Portal and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Technofocus is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this MyOrder Portal or the labs booked through it.
  • Technofocus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to the MyOrder Portal at any time without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

Technofocus may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the MyOrder Portal after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
